Day 281/365 - Pawprints
Another post-it note to the rescue. Today I had to remind myself how to doodle something I must have made a thousand times in my pre-teen years.
I think I realized at a very young age that drawing was never going to be my strong suit. So occasionally I would learn a quick doodle that resembled something. If I learned it, it was seen doodled on every piece of paper, book cover, or piece of cardboard I could get my hands on. I remember a friend whose dad was a veterinarian taught me this one in about the third grade. I'd like to say the skill level has improved slightly, but it's probably just about the same.
